Running at low load? Test it properly.
Generator sets that run below 30–40% load, or idle for long periods such as weekly engine tests, burn fuel incompletely. Carbon builds up on the piston crown and sticky residue collects around the intake and exhaust valves.
The result is reduced engine efficiency and white smoke. Our load testing service brings the engine back to working temperature under proper load.
